If you are purchasing from outside of the United States and your Country or
Shipping Rate do not appear, continue with your order and select your
form of payment as "Check". We will advise you via email of the best shipping
rate, and after your approval, we will make the necessary corrections to your
order, resend the order to you for confirmation of the changes, and email
a request for your NEW balance due.
